Pricing and timing depend on the size and complexity of the piece, however, approximate timing is 3-4 weeks. We
will provide pricing with a time estimate when we review the photos that you have sent and get your input.
All projects require a 50% deposit upfront. If the project is cancelled within the first 5 days of contract, the full 50%
deposit is refundable. If cancelled between 5-10 days, 25% is refundable, depending on how much work we have
begun. NOTE: If we have started on the project, you may be billed for time and supplies.
Shipping: to US only. Shipping costs are not included in the estimate.
The balance of payment is due when the painting is finished).
The Process: Please note: to ensure you are happy with the painting, we require your input.
STEP #1: Beginning with the receipt of your photo, we will have a conversation on what you envision. We will ask
you several questions that we need your input for before we can begin – such as size, composition, colors, textures,
STEP #2: We will send you a very ROUGH layout of the initial composition and larger elements. Once you approve
the layout, sign the form, and provide the 50% deposit, we will proceed with the actual painting.
STEP #3: “In Progress”: We will show you the piece in progress.
STEP #4: “Final Details: We will need your quick answers and input to ensure the piece is what you envision and that
you are happy with it.
